Shipping policy

All orders are roasted fresh on Tuesdays. 1-2 business days.

Orders placed between Tuesday 12:00 am CST through Monday 11:59 pm CST are processed the following Tuesday for shipping.

Examples:

• An order that is placed Tuesday at 12PM will be processed the following Tuesday
• An order that is placed Friday at 10AM will be processed the following Tuesday

When an order leaves our facility, we expect arrival times to line up with estimates. If an order is lost and the post office cannot locate or resolve the issue, contact us to find a solution.
