All web-store sales on roasted coffee are final. If there is a problem with your order, please reach out to us at hello@relativecoffeeco.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will work with you to find a solution.
Exchanges / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned. Coffee is considered food and cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Refunds
If you have contacted us about an issue with your order and it warrants a refund, it will be sent to the payment method used for your purchase. Refunds can take up to 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@relativecoffeeco.com.
